Active Threat Training

Hire Police provides your team with building safety suggestions and exit plans tailored to your business by highly trained professionals.
Our team starts with an initial meeting and safety walk; here are a few samples of our program:

  • Check local police affiliation and response times.
  • Discuss current active threat/shooter policies.
  • Are doors locked at all times?
  • Are secondary access points available?
  • How many entry points do rooms have?
  • Evaluate doors (direction of opening: swing in or out, possibility of securing the door.)
  • First Aid Kit evaluations
  • Where are they located?
  • Who knows how to use what is inside each kit?
Our team then makes recommendations for weak areas or areas to improve building safety.

Trauma Training

After your building safety review, we then hold an on-site, hands-on active threat and trauma training class for your team.
This is real world training on how to save lives and to buy time in the event of a serious emergency. We train your team to perform basic tourniquet techniques, applying gauze or seals to wounds and how to help out in the event of emergencies and how to assist when help arrives.
